Man Catches Fire After Applying Sunscreen

Man says he was nearly killed after applying sunscreen.

Standing in front of his barbecue grill, Brett Sigworth says it was only a second before his body was engulfed in flames.

“I went into complete panic mode and screamed,” he says. “I’ve never experienced pain like that in my life.”

He was at his lakefront home entertaining friends when he applied Banana Boat sport aerosol sunscreen.

His lawsuit says he “now is unable to engage in sexual activity, which is causing him substantial emotional and mental anguish”.

Mr Wolf is suing BMW and seatmaker Corbin-Pacific for lost wages, medical expenses, emotional distress and ‘general damage’.

He puts his situation down to an extreme case of priapism – a condition in which the sufferer has a persistent and usually painful erection.
